Fish you can see is a 'Vlamingi' Tang...and yes they grow bloody quick and bloody big. He is in his juvenile colours at the mo. at about 7" He should colour up a nice orange and blue.

Steve,
Beautiful tank! It's looking very mature for being only 5 months old. http://www.ultimatereef.com/ibv3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
What are you going to do with the vlamingi when it outgrows your tank? They grow to 2ft or something like that don't they http://www.ultimatereef.com/ibv3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif I hope you have a space reserved at a public aquarium http://www.ultimatereef.com/ibv3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/lookaround.gif
Keep the pics coming http://www.ultimatereef.com/ibv3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Thanks for the nice comments. The tank looks good because most of it came out of my smaller system.
I am trying to off load the Vlamingi Tang now cos he's already on the biggish side.
Shame really cos he is a stunning fish beginning to show signs of his adult colouration. He is no bother in the tank other than being greedy at feed times. He is even feeding out of the hand.

Hi All
Just thought I would update on the tank. Installed an A/Medic 5000 Twin to replace my two smaller skimmers.
Pumps replaced by 4 x 3500 IKS Turbo's.
Lisa------Vlamingi Tang has gone to my LFS and since been sold and replaced by the GoldFlake Angel as the big fish in the tank.
Few more acro's added and some of my frags.
