Okay first off this is nothing to worry about, its just a change to the Terms of Service you agreed to when joining this site.
Basically its to safe guard UR.com and its members in the case of any legal situations which may occur and assure its continued operation.
It also gives me an opportunity to update and draw attention to our commercial posting policy, which I ask you all to take specific note of.
Continued use of this site and any of its services signifies you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Service please do not continue using this site or any of its services.
I would also like to take this opportunity to extend my person takes to all the members of this site for making it what it is today.
