Looks very familiar to me too, he's obviously more confident about his carpentry ability than me though. *My stand has more braces than Moss Bross!!!

If it falls over there's more danger of being hit by flying 4x2 than glass lol.

If building my own, I`d be more worried about the floor giving way (wish had concrete floor) for size of tank i`d end up building!

Oh well:(

im quite lucky really, the floor is floorboards but where the tank is sat I have a concrete block that used to house a big fireplace so its quite well supported!
the main problem is not really the floor giving way providing you have spread the load evenly across the base of the floor

I`m considering getting a builder in to lay concrete inbetween so that I can fit in the tank I want.. Just so much hassle.

*Note to self - buy new house with concrete floor http://www.ultimatereef.com/ibv3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif *

http://www.ultimatereef.com/ibv3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/laugh.gif Knew I forgot something! My friends house garage has a large service pit built into the floor, a good 12" x 3"x 8" deep, and he keeps marines! Wonder if he`ll put it to good use....
