PTFE (http://www.altecweb.com/asp/C_listcategory.asp?categno=3170&rangeno=G12)
Anyone got any idea if PTFE is rigid and is able to hold a light load (less than 10kg) http://www.ultimatereef.com/ibv3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif
ptfe as in rod ?
whats its proposed use then, why not acrylic or pvc ?
not sure on the glueing of ptfe though, if you need to.

I need to build a open live rock stuctures in my tank above a dsb which will house pair of jawfish. I don't want to use a permanent binding like milliput or plastic cable ties etc. As the tank and live rock structure needs to be easily portable if i need to move.
I was thinking of drilling holes in my liverock and using the rods to support the structures.

Purple = Live rock
Clear = acrylic rods
Yellow =dsb
Black = tubing base support
That looks like it's gonna topple over!
Why not have a horizontal bottom bar as well to work as a canter lever. Bit like a H frame on its side.
