hi

leon c the growth rate has increased alot since i've upgraded to 400w 10k blv's it sits around 18" under the bulb and has lightened in colour alot since the increase in light i've just (on the 20th) taken the lenses out off the lights to get extra lights and see if the colour will change. also the alk is low at the mo and i've added another reactor (homemade) after the frist one (deltec) to try and increase levels. i think this could be from the extra light cuz the corls are growing well but my alks low @6dkh but if got @30 coming out the reactor so i think they must be using it as it enters the water.

i pass through leicester quite a lot, when im on my way to n/yorkshire, ill be passing through on the first weekend of next mouth then again closer to xmas, let me no how much you want and what will be the best time for you.

Will that be Saturday the 2nd of november? What sort of time? If youve got time we could take a trip to Clearwater if you've not been there yet? I live just off junc 21 of the m1. I'll pm you with a number you can get me on.

Yes the tank was in PFK in July but they came last Dec so the tank has changed alot since then, i've thinned out the rock work so the sps have got more room to grow and upgraded my lights to 2 400w 10k.
