Time for a few pics *http://www.ultimatereef.net/ibv3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif *Sorry for the download time, I've made them smaller than normal to make it a little quicker (but not that much I suspect).

To start, for all you SPS lovers, heres my pride and joy. The fastest growing SPS in my tank and arguably the prettiest. The picture (taken from above) doesn't do it justice I'm afraid.

http://reefgarden.homestead.com/files/Acro_5_top_down_301002.jpg

Next comes simonh's Stylophora pistillata which has THE most fluorescent green polyps I've seen.

http://reefgarden.homestead.com/files/Stylophora_301002.jpg

Now for you LPS lovers, is my monster Euphyllia paradivisa, which has recovered from its major fragging event last year. I'm happy to say that it is yet again on a mission to take over the whole tank http://www.ultimatereef.net/ibv3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif

http://reefgarden.homestead.com/files/Froggie_and_anthias_301002.jpg

Next is the red Goniopora sp. that I got from Ed Miller about 14 months or so ago. It's a beauty which packs a potent sting, having stripped the flesh off the left hand side of one of my Acros *http://www.ultimatereef.net/ibv3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif The Acro has since been moved. *I hope to have this coral for many more years but you never know with these guys do you!

Next is a close-up of my Tridacna derasa for all the clam lovers out there.

http://reefgarden.homestead.com/files/T_derasa_close_201002_sm.jpg

For the fish lovers, is my Green Chromis who loves to have his/her photograph taken.

http://reefgarden.homestead.com/files/chromis_301002.jpg

Lastly here's my latest addition, the totally enchanting Synchiropus picturatus who, apart from munching on the copepods etc in my tank, also eats enriched frozen brineshrimp straight from the pipette. A fabulous fish! Could someone tell me if it's a girl or boy, I'd love to know.

I hope you like the pics *http://www.ultimatereef.net/ibv3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

All the best

Nice pics! Lovely - you're so adept with that Fuji!
That Euphyllia is way too large.. you really need to trim some of it off, honest! http://www.ultimatereef.net/ibv3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

ps - have u got the full size pics somewhere? i'd love to overload the broadband with some decent close up that i can zoom in on!

Lisa,

Just to echo the other comments - truelly stunning pics.
I can't believe the Red Goni - follishly i sold them all should have kept one for myself.

Why is it that other shops (I now got to quite a few) never seem to get the unusual corals. It so hard to get anything out of the ordinary

Thanks everyone,

Jon/Druid.... Great! I had read that you can sex these fish according to the length of the first ray of the dorsal fin. Having not found any male/female pictures to compare to mine however I wasn't sure how long/short it was supposed to be in each case. *http://www.ultimatereef.com/ibv3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/rolleyes.gif

Tuan.... You know I have a feeling the froggie will have to be fragged again real soon. I think it's too big to be removed from my tank (again). *http://www.ultimatereef.com/ibv3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/crazy.gif

Sorry, I haven't got any really big pics of my corals etc because I always resize them for uploading to my web-site.

Ed.... The Goni is such a beautiful looking coral and it seems to be doing well. I know what you mean about about other shops never having the unusual corals, why do you think I drove to Bristol to visit you *http://www.ultimatereef.com/ibv3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif

Leigh.... My camera is a Fuji FinePix 6900Z and I love it. It's an old model now though since the 602 was released.

Thanks again everyone for your nice comments *http://www.ultimatereef.com/ibv3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Dan any breakages you can throw them my way, I'll give them a good home Lisa * http://www.ultimatereef.com/ibv3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif I'm sure you wouldn't want broken corals in your nice new tank ?
