Anyone Dived Hawaii?

As per the title really. I'm going in January and wondered if anyone can recommend any good sites?

Hi steve

yeah I did but it was back 12 years ago. Dived off the North Shore, near Waimea Bay, being honest only got the one dive in as the conditions were so rough. My abiding memory is of the instructor getting sick under the water due to the constant surge back and forth from the tide.

It was a shore entry dive, and did see a turtle. Regardless the North Shore was a beautifull place.

Ahh yes.......there's nothing quite like the first time you see someone 'yak' underwater through a regulator :lol:


Thanks for the comments anyway - I'm hoping to get quite a few in if possible (weather and wife permitting!)
