We pleased to announce out newest sponsor Coral Culture (http://www.coralculture.co.uk)
This is our very own Nick Crabtree's (Nickjc) venture. Recently setup Nick will be biased towards the wholesale sector but will be supplying the hobbyist via the online shop which is good news.
I'd like to thank Nick for his support and good luck with the venture.
Remember folks to mention UR when you are handing over the readies ;)

Its free if you collect :P
How do we know for certain that you have indeed sent out the product if you will not replace anything lost in the post through Royal Mail? Even if you really have sent out the product you could have sent it to the wrong address or the postman could have delivered it to the wrong house, and we are supposed to just count it as tough luck??
Just picking up the Mushrooms comment (but actually being constructive with it), you're opening yourself up to a LOT of problems through credit card chargebacks with that policy. And as you probably know if you incure too many you're also opening yourself up to some MASSIVE fines through your merchant account!
I totally get where you're coming from and I agree. Small low cost products just don't work on the internet due to delivery costs.
Nice site by the way!
Nathan
P.S. You'd be amazed at how many packages royal mail lose or post incorrectly daily. I don't have the figure to hand but it's a shocking percentage!
nice site Nick. just have to wait for those reflectors

Nick, Very impressed with the site... Mush everything i've ordered from Nick has turned up so it wouldn't be good business sense to not send out things to customers now would it ;) Especially when we are the customers...
Anyway Nick see you soon and good luck with the venture.
The site says you do livestock as well but could not find any on it???
