Hi Hi everyone. Had one or two new additions to my tank over last couple of months. Finally got round to taking some pics of them and the tank. Here goes...
One of my new fish sitting pretty!
I've been told its a Red Spotted Scooter Blenny. Is that true? Its a crazy fish. So much fun to watch or is he watching me...all the time?
My Clown Fish have just tonight started to use my Tourch Coral as a host. Its not normal!

Aidy,
Love the selection of Zoo's. Never see any different ones in my LFS. Where do you get yours from? Would you be interested in swapping/selling frags - i know they spread pretty quickly.
Paul
zooland... love it mate...  excellent selection of zoos you have there... I'm keeping my eyes open for some more... got some pinky ones and some blue ones... now need some purple and a few greens and orange...  :D
Thanks once again everyone for taking the time to look and post your kind words.
Paul B - I get my zoos mainely from local LFS around Brighton, no particular one. Just by regular visits. I find they are no where near as colourful in store as when I have them home for a few weeks. You could also try Coral Garden Aquatics as they also get some great stuff in. But leave me some eh? lol As for swaping or fraging, I am planning a major change/upgrade of tank very soon so yes, I could be ready to do so soon. Have never done it before but they are starting to out-grow my tank very quickly. I plan to keep my new set-up dedicated to Zoos also. I find the colours of some of them so amazing. When you put different types next to each other {especially if thier colours clash} they really stand out.
FUZED - Would love to see yours too. Some of my very favs which I've not found yet are orange and blue. So once again if you interested in trading or fraging I'd be interested.
Here are some more pics....
Thanks again everyone :D
Wow thats a great looking tank, it's nice to see what looks to be a small setup for a change..especially one doing so well! Everyone seems to do the SPS thing these days , me included ;)
HEY----BLUSH BLUSH----!!!!
I've just won 'TANK OF THE MONTH' on another web-site!! I can't believe it. Big time flattered. Here's the link;

Here are a few more pics. I've just added £60 worth of really nice Fiji live rock to help with more new entrants.
congrats mate :D looking good :)
Got some more of my favorite things!!
Well done Aidy, well deserved B)
Got some more updated pics. Tank has gone through quite a bit of change recently.
I think this is some sort of Fan Worm. Its really pretty under actanics but I just can't get a clear pic of it.
superb selection of zoos, real credit to you. What lighting have you got above those bad boys?
Nick

Great stuff   .
That tank is FULL  you will have to start using the glass to attatch corals to.
H :)
Thanks everyone for your replies and comps. :D
bsOu20a2 - My lighting is 1 x 250watt M/H with 2 x Actanic Compact Flouresants. I take some of the pics without the M/H off and attach 1x Marine White T5 and 1x Marine Blue T5. I find this brings out the colours better especially for close ups.
Suk - Hi ya M8. I get most of the Zoos from local LFS but sometimes by endless searching on the net for rare ones.
Narthur - My plans for my upgrade are still on hold for a month or so but can't come round quick enough. Can't wait. I'll post details when I know for sure what I'm going to do as my mind keeps changing at the moment. Looking at 100 gallon set-up and definately not Hexagonal shaped. I plan to carry on keeping it mainly Zoanthid based. Got some ideas about aquascaping that should show them off really well. I will have quite a few other coral types in there too. At this stage I'm planning to keep the old tank and use it to propagate some of the harder to get and colourful Zoos. Mine seem to spread quite quickly and it would be great to pass them on to fellow Reefers here in the UK. I'm sure there are a lot of people out there that would like to keep them if they knew how easy and colourful they can be. The buzz of finding a morph thats hard to get or different is addictive. By the way thanks for reading my TOTM write up on MarineFishUK. :D
Here are a few more tank pics ect;
aidy looking as great as ever... I wish I could get more zoos this end... have started telling my lfs what to get in as they may sell some of it - if it looks right! :)
and their listening... told em to try an get some zoo's in but diff colour morphs! :D
I hear ya FUZED. Think my LFS are starting to come round recently.
Hopefully I will soon be able to start supplying some soon. Let me know if ya see anything worth while. :D
i'll keep my eyes peeled ;)
Zoantid Mountain...all you need now is a mini underwater rollercoaster..

Looks great Aidy, got that nice "worn in" look now B)
Hello Everyone!
Just thought I'd post some new photos I've taken recently. My set-up is ever changing as I fight to find space for new Zoos as usual. I also have a couple new tank mates too.
Here goes..
beautiful, love the purple ones in the middle........and the ones with the red centers in the top right.............and the green ones with the red centers in the bottom left.............and.............and.......... :D
Nick
Edit: see you went and posted another pic while I was in the middle of typing this so now I look like a muppet, I was referring to the first new pic!
This is a macro shot of my Mushroom Leather Coral.
Hi Aidy,
An amazing collection of Zoo's, in particular the blue ones. If you ever get any frags from it i'd give my right arm for some... :D
How's the CB doing & what do you feed him? looks gorgeous!
regards
Suk
:D
Hi SUK!!
How ya doing M8? Thanks for the comp.
The blue Zoos are really nice. That colony was about three times the size when I got it. Unfortunately there were also two Sea Squirts on the rock as well. Thought they were rather cool on there with them but they started to take over and wipped out most of them. I was able to save the rest by sadly cutting the squirts off. The zoos seem to be doing fine now and are spreading well. Certainly I will keep you in mind when I'm ready to frag them.
My Copperband is my fav fish. He's full of character and eats like a pig luckly. In fact he's such a pig and good at finding food, all the other fish follow him around the reef at night when the actanics are on looking for crumbs. He eats Artema but his favorite thing is Mysis Shrimp.
All the best,
AidyB
Fantastic tank
Love the zoos
Mate, looking great as ever!!!!! :D fantastic collection of corals! :D
