We are delighted to announce "The UltimateReef.com Gallery" has arrived.

http://www.ultimatereef.net/photopost/

The gallery gives every registered member there own photo album. Currently the allocation is set to 2mb each. You can upload individual files upto 100kb.

This is a massive improvement over the current uploader, it means you can now track and manage your own images.

The gallery also allows other users to rate and raise discussions for each of your images.

Finally a couple of rules (boo.. ). For obvious reasons please keep the images sensible and related to our hobby. We don't want you to use your albums for your holiday snaps! We are aware that some non aquatic related images might need to be posted for time to time.

Also we ask that you do not link to the images in the gallery from other websites as this will eat into our bandwidth and as many of you know this is the real cost of running this type of site.

Any misuse will lead to warnings and if necessary complete removal from UR.

Any questions please contact us.

Enjoy   B)

Just as a foot note the current uploader and attachment process will remain in place for the time being. Once the Gallery has been throughly tested and proven reliable we may remove these features. :)

Have you not noticed how unpopular this feature is on RC? People would still prefer to post images and raise discussion of them on the main reef forum.

We may have English students OR we may have an English student... ;)

Also, Watching, should this not be Reading Mushie?

I for one love the idea of a Gallery, makes life a lot easier to keep a track of the piccies you have posted, and of course makes it easier to comment on others' comments, so to speak..
