Tryimg not to make too much of a judgement yet. The coralview lamp is giving off a pleasing light. Very crisp, depite the fact that it hasnt been on for very long yet. Once Ive has a hundred hours I'll update, but very nice so far.

Oh and it just shows how much my old lamp had decayed.......the polyps on my acros have suddenly remembered how to appear! I suspect my old buld was pushing out a lot of UV

I have to say I really like the new bulbs light. The corals look good under it, really crisp without being cold. The only odd thing is that my Algae Blennie looks pale under it.
