Seems like everytime I get the tank going well something comes round to bite me in the bum. My tank parameters are abysmal at present due to inadequate Ca addition during my recent pump failure problems, but I have things back in hand now and have not lost anything directly as a result of this. Growth though has slowed, but thats not a bad thing for now as some things are getting way too big anyway! And of course I have the obligatory algae problems that show up when things are not 100%

I went thru an algae phase recently & just by cutting down on the frozen food & upping the flake/pellets, it seems to have vanished.
