Hi,

I'm looking into a calcium reactor, probably the deltec one. Obviously need some co2 etc, just wanting if soneone can help me out with exaclty what i need. Basically i've been offered the following..

Co2 Regulator .Twin regulator for Co2 bottles
Co2 Cylinder 350g
Solenoid Valve
Bubble Counter non return valve and Co2 Line
co2 test kit permanent

Anything else i would need to get a reactor running other than the above?

Many thanks in advance, Sam

you would need a water feed for the reactor, either t off a return pipe or use a peri pump to control the flow.

another optional item would be a ph probe and controller to operate the solonoid valve to keep the reactor at the ideal ph level for dissolving media. this can be done by testing the output of reactor regularly with a test kit and adjusting bubble count instead.

are you sure you need calcium rector, a good kalk stirrer regularly topped up will often supply most average calcium needs.

good luck
