Tried The Coralvue 14kk Lamps Today

Replaced my lamps today, old lamps were:
BLV 20kK Arcadia 14kK BLV10kK
BLV 10kK

New lamps are all CoralVue 14kK

Both taken with camera on manual so the settings are the same to be consistent. No fancy editting etc.. just cropped and compressed.

Not sure about the corals but the photos are coming out much better!

I've just done exactly the same and have to say, I'm DAMNED impressed with these bulbs!

BTW, can we have some more pics of your tank pleeeeeeeeeeeease!!!

Hi all,

I've tried the 14K too and at the moment have one @ 10K and one @ 14K - however as I'm sorting my display tank out one lamp is above the main and the other is above my holding tank - all I can say is the 10K is very white and the 14K is very blue!! I'm looking forward to putting the two together to see what I come out with!! :wacko:

BTW Tuan - lovely montipora you've got there - I'm after a nice one myself ;)
