I have found this floating in the wier of my overflow,It must have come in with the live rock!Can anyone id it for me. :thumbsup:

Looks like a tiny squid to us. Interesting find whatever it is...

I think its a shy blenny.

Unless its something still in a fry sort of stage, in which case its impossible to tell.

Our thoughts too, late larval stage fish perhaps, though I suspect ID to species would be v difficult.

do you feed river shrimp by any chance get some similar ones in from time to time in the bag wirth them {cant remeber name though}

i have found similar looking fish with dutch select frozen food. I will dont touch the stuff anymore...

i too have found these in my tank with frozen food from the Netherlands i stick to Tampa Bay brine now.. N

looks lick a lance fish to me my mum feeds it to fer bubble coral.

The live rock is fijian.I got it from LFS.
