Can anybody tell me what this is? There are at least three of them that emerge from the inside of the rock that this Cladiella? soft coral is mounted on. They only seem to come out when the lights are off and I have only ever seen them on the rock so hopefully they aren't eating my coral!!! I thought it might be a type of nudibranch but have not had any luck with an ID on the internet. Thanks.

Sorry I made a mess of attaching the image!!!
Might see it a little better like this
well IMO if you see this particular animal after lights out around the same coral then we all know that most nudibranchs are not good especially around corals.
i would monitor very closely and if in doubt remove. after all most nudi's are specialist feeders

Thanks guys. Think I have found it. They are Lace Nudibranch Tritoniopsis elegans and are indeed coral munchers as Mantis thought. The lights will be out soon...
