Hi All

Ive been a member on here for about 7 -8 mths so I think it's about time I uploaded some recent pics for all to see. I am no great photographer so don't expect miracles.

Anyway tank is now about 8mths on and doing very well (THANX TO UR)

My current specs can be found at he bottom of this thread.

PH = 8.2
Ammonia = 0
Nitrite = 0
Nitrate = 0
Phosphate = 0.1mg
Calcium = 440mg

I now have the bug for this hobby and currently looking at a larger reef tanks so watch this space.

Thank You everyone on Ultimate Reef for all the help over the past 8 mths. I am now in a position to offer new reefers my experiences to date and will continue to do so. I am still on a learning curve with this hobby but thanx to this forum any future problems that arise I can find the help I need on here from.

Looking nice, nice aquascaping/corals.

What lighting have you got there, like the blue tint.

Hi Matt

I currently have a 150w halide and 2 x t5 actinics. Not just quite as blue as pics show (My crap photography skills) but there is a strong blue tint across the tank.

Bump:

Can anyone help with the photography what are the best settings for pictures of the tank.

ie. iso, aperture etc

lowest ISO possible - smallest aperture possible - highest shutter speed possible - use a tripod - adjust white balance to get rid of the blue cast if you want...

You'll be needing a bigger tank sooner rather than later with those tangs.... looks good though!
