Hello All,
Its good to be here.
To commence our new home here we thought it may be time for you to give your tank and its inhabitants something to smile about. You've all had your holidays, thats the last of the good weather and England have won the cricket so its time you thought about re lamping your pride and joy. To help with this we are with immediate effect and untill further notice shipping all orders for lamps ONLY!! Carriage Paid. Yes no carriage at all for one lamp or twenty!! All we ask is you enter the word UltimateReef or UR somewhere on your order and we will not bill you for any carriage. Still the same quality nextday service, your goods packed with care and delivered to your door. Just think this weekend you will need sunglasses to view your tank as the smiles from inside will be very wide. Your better half will even bring up the subject of that new tank you were talking about!!
Kind Regards
Rob Jones :)

Hi Pasenah,
This is not an easy question to answer.
Some prefer one manufacturer some prefer other manufacturers. It appears to be a question of choice. This has not answered your question and we do intend in time to have a comprehensive lamp test carried out utiising all manufacturers and testing carried out using calibrated test gear and professional photographs.
If it helps BLV are our most popular lamp and we cannot recall anyone who is unhappy with the product.
Regards
Rob
PM'ed you about PayPal payments
Cheers Shelton.
Can I ask you about the Iwasaki 50Kk....
Is it OK to use this bulb on its own, or is it meant to be used with a more normal bulb, such as a 10kK ?
Basically what I'm trying to say is does it have sufficient punch and spectrum to grow a range of coral?
Thanks
Tom

Rob,
I have a giesemann eco plus 250 pendant, with (I think) 14000K 250W MH lamps - what replacement lamps do you stock for this?

Hi Tom,
The 50k lamp can be used with other lamps to good effect.
The only problem we have with this lamp is either you like it or you think its very poor. I think the reason for this is i doubt it is a true 50k. Looks more like a 25k to me but all will be revealed when we do a comprehensive unbiast UltimateReef test.

Rob

Hi
We have BLV 250w double ended lamps of 10, 14 and 20k.
All will fit your unit and many are pleased with the 10k. The 14 and 20k are new lamps and we have not recieved any feedback as yet on these.

Hi Sean,
Sorry cannot supply 14k S/E 400w today.
Can do 6,500k 10,000k or 20,000k but you probably know that.!!
When our initial consignment of Coralvue is here then we can.
Unfortunately they are in a warehouse in New Orleans and we are not sure when they will be here. Whilst we are looking forward to recieving them our thoughts are with the people of New Orleans at this time.
As soon as they are you will be the first to know.
