Hello,
I need a new 150W double ended bulb for my chromis tank.
I have a mixture of softies and LPS and have a T8 actinic supplimenting bulb.
At the moment I have a 10,000K BLV which is ok. Previously I had teh aquamendic 13,000k bulb which seemed a nicer colour and much brighter than the BLV.
I would like to replace it with maybe something a little bluer that is still good for coral growth.
I'm thinking of:
BLV 10,000K (again)
Iwasaki 10,000K
Iwasaki 50,000K
Which of these do you think is best ?
EDIT: do you also sell T8 bulbs? My actinic could do with replacing too.
Thanks

Hi
150w Rx7 Double Ended. Your options from us are.
BLV 5,200k 10,000k 14,000k 20,000k
Iwasaki 6,500k 10,000k 20,000k 50,000k
Radium 10,000k 20,000k
Coralvue 10,000k 14,000k 20,000k
The Coralvue 14k is very popular at this moment but if you require blue the 10 or 14k BLV is your first choice.
Good stock of all.

Thanks, I'll have a think. I might go for the BLV 14K, but don't want it too blue.
I've been trying to call you (but just get a answerphone) to say the bulb didn't turn up today so I'm a little worried. I chose next day delivery and can see from comments here that you send bulbs out very quickly.
I hope you don't use city link couriers as they have trouble finding my house even though I live on a main city road. If it doesn't show up tomorrow I'll try phoning you again - or can you phone me if you get chance ?
Thanks

Hi Tombsc
We tried to deliver today but there was no one at home to recieve your order. It is due to be redelivered tomorrow (Sat) morning. As the majority of our goods are delivered during working hours it may help with any further orders you may give us to have the delivery made to your work address. The added bonus of this is you can spend most off the afternoon playing with your new items instead of working.
Sorry for the inconvenience. :(

Well something has gone wrong somewhere along the line because my girlfriend was home all day yesterday and we have both been home all day today waiting for this bulb.
No one has tried to deliver as there has been no card left.
I have tried to phone you again twice more today and left two messages for you to phone me back.
Can you please check to see where the bulb is and can you please phone me back with the number of the delivery company you use and a tracking number.
I know this isn't your fault as you seem to have good feedbeack regarding delivery but I can't contact you by phone and need to know I will receive the bulb on Monday at the latest as I am at a meeting away from home after that.
Thanks
Tom
Rob,
Rather than continually missing each other and leaving answerphone messages, I thought it might be easier to write on here:
Firstly thanks so much for all the extra effort you have put in to ensure I received my order - phoning me outside of your working hours is very admirable and shows great customer relations.
You will be pleased to hear that the bulb arrived safely yesterday, and looks great. I was very pleased with the freebie as well - a great surprise, so thanks for that.
The only problem I have now :whistling: is that 2 boxes showed up yesterday. So wherever the original one went, it turned up.
I don't want to be dishonest in any way so I will post the extra package back to you on the weekend.
Many thanks for all your help.
Tom
