I lost my first fish yesterday a tank bred TMC clown, bouncing.

My parameters are as follows:

RO water TDS 0ppm
temp between 22-25
PH 8+
nitrate 0 ppm
nitrite 0ppm
amonia 0ppm

But my phospahe is between 0.03 and 0.25 mg/l.

I know coral growth can be retarded at these levels but I presume it could kill fish. My other fish are OK although the other clown looks sick.

What should I do? Also should I buy a calcium testing kit?

That sort of phosphte won't kill fish, fish just die for no reason.
But if you want to reduce the levels try using some of the phospahte remover that UDA sell it worked well for me.

Phosphate won't be the culprit. Sometimes fish die and you will never find the cause.

Temp between 22 - 25? 22 seems a bit low to me.

That won't kill a fish. What were the symptoms?

Still got that clown tang.....? Recovering from what?
