View Full Version : Lamp Recieved Today
my 1st order from ML (coralvue 150w 14k) and all went smooth.. well packed.. plenty of bubble wrap for my niece to play with
jus installed the bulb.. its much better then my worn out arcadia 14k, but not as 'blue' as i thought it could be but appears much brighter,.. i probably wont try coral vue again though! (no offence)
great comunication and delivery speed
thanx to Rob
p.s. thanx for the free gift ;)
I dont like the CV's to much although in a recent thread Craigg mentions the 10k CV to be nice and bright, good colour. I have not liked the 14k or 20K CV's though.
At the end of the days its down to personnel preference, personally I think the previous Arcadias 14k's that I used where (not good) and incredably expensive.
I found the Radium 20k's as good, same blueness etc, however from my understanding people use 14k and 20k becuase its supposed to help with colouration of the corals.
I can honestly say though that I am getting MUCH better colouration using my new 10k CV's, I'm chuffed to bits with them.
Yes next time I may try the reeflux's but that is 10 months away now.
