Thanks very much for the 250w 10k Reeflux lamp that I ordered on Tuesday evening - it arrived this morning very well packaged up! ;)
It replaced a 12 month old 10k BLV lamp and the difference is amazing. Much brighter and with a nice tint of blue. Here's a couple of piccy for comparison.

Both photos taken using exactly the same settings with no software editing apart from resizing.
I hope the clams and corals like the new bulbs, time will tell! ;)
