Arcadia T5 Twin

Hi all

Just wondering if anyone has some information for my problem. I had to move my Arcadia T5s from one tank to another today.

Now when i switch the lights on... nothing happens except one of the bulbs gives a flicker if i touch it. I have tried everything i can think of, there are no loose connections and the actual unit doesn't have any serviceable parts.

Any ideas? Nothing harsh happened while I was moving it, it never dropped or got bumped.

If one of the twin bulbs blow does the other one still light?

If one bulb goes the other will not work.

Are you sure when you twist the bulbs that the pins correctly engage and turn? Also are the end caps of the bulb turning with the glass?

right, i think that is the problem, the metal ends on the marine white are turning and are loose, new bulbs then... is this quite common?

how long you had the bulbs?
one simple thing to do is to clean the contact on the end caps
