just got some live rock of a mate he has just closed is tank down i have put rock in my now have nitrite probs just started doing water changes ot low it. came down just above 0ppm put gone up to 0.25 can any one help thanks yellow

You're bound to get some die-off moving the rock from one tank to another. You just have to be patient and allow the rock to cycle again.
