New pom pom Xenia

There is a new Pom Pom Xenia available through the Reefworks website. I am still working on the full name of the species so if anyone knows any good links for pulse coral classification please let me know. :)

i'm a student and don't know much about this yet
how the heck do you make a new breed of xenia?
it sounds all frankenstein :D

Thanks fishiness, the replies on that thread are not actually correct, although the red sea pulse is sometimes refered to as pom pom it should not really be due to it's growth form. There are many types of 'Pom Pom' but their classification is far from complete, as is the case with many of the other species of pulse corals too.
When I say a 'new' species that just refers to it being a new species that we are farming sustainably and now available for sale.
