http://www.korallenriff.de/29interzoo/index.html

click into aquamedic and you will see it there-
sorry i dont do german-someone on here may be able to translate, it doesnt specify what size the tank is, my understanding is that the tank has in built skimmer, multi compartmental LIT fuge area and t5 lighting.

click on some of the manufacturers and see some other bits that are coming out- especially seio - they have clip on led lights which simulate both sun and moonlight in led format.

Thanks, found it :)

Major flaw in that design is no space for any fans, with those lights it will overheat and cook the inhabitants. :(

no not really they may not be high power t5 cmpacts so wont have the heat issues im sure aqua medic will have spent thousands designing that tank and not just rebranded another make like others have recently !!

im looking forward to seeing them for sure !!

they were supposed to be released in the u.s., however a huge fire decimated a factory and the release has been delayed..........whether that affects release date over here or not i dont know.
it could be a game of cat and mouse between the manufacturers insofar as pricing wars, waiting for one protagonist to release first, then undercutting etc

I run a tank that size and it will overheat without fans, even if they are low power lights, which makes them useless, in the hot weather with the closed hood, it will need cooling.

begs the question of ...............................

first you had PIMP MY RIDE american style, to be replicated over here by tim westwood (without the end result like in america)

will the uk follow suit and have a nano customiser
they have chillers which can be piped in the existing hood:

I'm dissapointed, there's no fury dice :p

That site has got some nice stuff, Its got 10K 18w PC and 10K actinic 50/50 in 18Wpc, can't get them in the uk, is there any reason they wouldn't work over here with the standard ballasts?

In my opinion it doesn't look much better than the other nano cubes you can get. Follows the same style and stand at the Aqua40's.

I like that little skimmer, anyone know if it can be bought separately?
