Hi,
Just wanted to know if there are any 'easier' sps corals that I could try. Have heard the montipora's are quite hardy as sps go?
Just looking for some suggestions, thanks
Dan
I think Monti's and Porites are regarded the easiest SPS to maintain and grow.
Go for tank raised "Aquacultured" and not "Maricultured" as the latter are often more harder to keep.
Take a look at Reefworks.co.uk and Fishmansfrags.co.uk, I'd go for an Acropora - they're not so hard to keep, IME. Staghorn Acro is very hardy and grows mega quick; nice to see when you first start keeping SPS.

Thanks guys, I'll look into them then, :)
Cheers
Dan
staghorn acros are super easy to keep.
I manage to grow them in my anti sps set up...
Dont buy them though, get frags from anyone local they grow so quick someone should be happy to give you some frags.
