acro looking dead, what to do with it?

Guessing this acro is now dead, presumably didn't respond very well to the fluctuating and sometimes excessive temps, what would you guys be tempted to do with it?

Might just be bleached, hard to see from the photo. Is their any tissue left on the coral or is it just "Raw bone"? Have you seen any polyp extension?

To be safe, I'd remove to prevent any chance of cross infection.;)

On a lighter note, it might have died because of the rare but nasty Acro-poxygenitalwarts.:D joke!
