system 2000 starers

i bought a second hand twin 250 halide a while back and the antics are flickering i`ve had the bloody thing apart but i can`t find the starters anyware, anyone got a qlue

If it's fluorescent tube starters you're looking for some tubes don't need them as they're built in. Never heard of actinics with built-in starters though! Are they nornal bi-pin T8's, bi-pin T5's, compacts or something else? What make is the fitting?
