Guys I'm having another one bite the dust....is it rescueable and if it is where would you break it off?, where I have circled??

I would break it off personally.

I would cut just about where you have drawn the line you need to cut back to good tissue. It definately looks saveable

as si says cut back into the good tissue. But depends on what is causing the problems in the first place
