my royal gramma has had torn fins for a while now from fighting with another fish and it just doesnt look like healing so im suspecting fin rot. can anyone reccomend a suitable treatment? being a gramma i would have to strip the whole tank down to get him out for quarantine so a med i can use in the main tank would be good as long as it doesnt effect inverts.

none of my other fish show any signs and the tank has been up for two years and stable.

cheers

Myazin (spelling) is not tolerated well by clams often torm fins from fighting clear up on their own without the need for treatment unless they become infected with bacteria

no one, but and earlier post said safe with inverts. It isn't safe with clams and hence won't be safe with "inverts"

safe with soft corals and inverts ie shrimps , crabs, snails, urchins never used with clams so note taken for future reference
