Flow in a 6 footer

Hi all,
I have a 6' x 2' 30"high SPS tank. I currently have a return pipe from an OR3500 and 3 Tunze 6100's on a controller. I am seriously concerned as to how to position the streams as I have definate dead spots on my reef. I can tell this as the polyps on one of my milli's are barely moving.
How have others arranged their streams in their 6 footers to give as good a coverage as possible,

i have 2 x 6100 in mine but i also have 2 closed loops on OR3500 pumps.

i have one stream at each end, one bounces off the front centre glass and the other bounces off the rear centre glass.
works for me but would depend a lot on how your rock is designed
