Do montis colour up ??

I have several frags of montipora digitata, they were given to me.. all seem rather nondescript colourwise, i appreciate that most of the colour from montis comes from the polyps rather skeletal tissues a la acropora but can i expect them to colour up or are they just crappy beige montis and will stay crappy beige montis, they have been in my tank around 4-5 weeks, i am getting lovely polyp extention on them..

Yup much the same as Acro's they will change colour, i have several brown monti digitata's turn pink or purple.

I haven't had any change polyp colour yet though.
