I presume you're after t5s? The d + d ones seem to be well thought of, though I haven't used them myself.

May help, from the D&D site

Actinic Plus
This tube has replaced the Deep Ocean Tube.
Its spectrum is generally as the deep ocean but as the name suggests it also emits high levels of Actinic Light. This is designed to make even the drabbest corals stand out by producing strong fluorescence.
Actinc Pure
Actinic pure is the latest of the latest T5 tubes produced by D-D.
It is not as blue as the Actinic Plus and has a pure actinic sprectrum for the ultimate in fluorescence from your corals.

agree with the boys above but alas, think you are referring to t8 tubes which deltec/giesmann don't make.

Arcadia fit T8's to the series 3

For t8s, I use Marine Glow - I find them a good compromise between brightness and blueness, but that is with t5s. Probably different with MH...

Choosing something that is cheap and pleasing to the eye. A recent thread by Antony Calfo said that actinic tubes 7cm above the surface of the water will do squat for your corals.
