cheap halide lighting on ebay is it any good

hi i have seen several sellers advertising 5ft halide lights with three halide lights and 4 t5 actinic tubes .
they have the brackets that clip directly on the tank which i need as i dont have the ceiling clearance to hang anything.
my tank is 5ft by 2ft by 2ft
so my questions are these :
shall i get these lights for £400 new or should i stick to the arcadia t5 4 tube set up
either of which i will have to buy of course .

i have sofites and a hammer coral in my tank and dont really intend on hard corals

For what your keeping I'd save the money on initial outlay and electricity by sticking with t5's.

And that hurts being a user of 4 * 400 watt money eaters.
