URGENT: Aquatronica Help Needed

I've just knocked one of the USB sockets on my Aquatronica. On replacing it everything turned off momentarily then onm again but all of the sockets and sensors are showing ?'s.

Is there a way of re-setting. I've tried removing the computer from the plug bar but on re-connection it does the same.

Looks as though one plug bar has failed - whatever fault is on it was causing the computer to give ?'s. As soon as I removed the left bar and sensors worked again.

Is there any way of resetting a plug bar or is it terminal?

Strangely it's all working. One USB socket seemed to be tripping the plugbar.
