Aquatronica gone nuts

Just looked at my Aquatronica and all the plugs, sensors, etc. all show up as question marks! WTF? Any idea how to reset it? I can't even tell if it's still working - there are plugs on and plugs off, but the display isn't responding so I don't know if it's just hung.

send a pm to gavin smith. His did this the other day and he fixed it I think;)

Just checked Gavin's thread - he reckoned disconnecting one of the plug bars sorted it. I've done this, reset the device and it still comes up showing "?" for every plug and sensor.

Oh, and it has hung - the auto topup had dumped a few extra litres into the tank and the CO2 on the Ca reactor had been on permanently too... :(
Trust me to have it happen when Wavey is off getting ratted on his birthday!

Well it looks like it's the second plug bar that causes the problem. When I connect it, the whole computer goes into "?" mode, when I unplug it, the first plugbar operates correctly. So that's half my lights and my calcium reactor inoperable at the moment.

Great - hope these things have a warranty :(

Cheers for that - looks like mine is one with "teething problems" ! It's strange as I've had it for probably 6 months now, working fine.
I've PM'd Wavey but he's probably off his face somewhere (well, it is his birthday :))

I'll see what Aquatronica say tomorrow.
