First things first - how do you plan to protect your anemone from those Seio's?
Also, what sort of lighting do you have? (Wasn't able to work it out from your signature :))

A bubbletip should be fine under a 150w metal halide - I used to keep mine under one. Just make sure there's plenty of suitable rockwork for it nearer the top of the tank as it may well decide to settle down quite high up.
This unfortunately also brings it dangerously close to where most people have their Streams, Seios, powerheads, etc. To be honest, I'm not sure what the best way of protecting anemones from Streams or Seios is. I've seen Maxijet style powerheads with large sponges or cages around the inlet and I should imagine this would work okay.
The bottom line is, too many anemones get chopped up by pumps - if the keeper didn't know this was even possible that's not an excuse but it's understandable. When people know the danger but still expose an anemone to unprotected pumps, that's not okay!

Sorry - don't want to appear to be having a rant. After all, you're asking for advice before purchasing one. :) Hopefully someone will add their ideas on how to make Seios anemone-proof.

This site is excellent for Anemone infomation and it includes a page on how to make Seios Nem Safe:)

If you look on Karen's roses site she has some pointers about covering the intakes with mesh.

Another way to hide streams is to use acrylic partitions (false wiers) - I intend to do this on the new setup with a future nem in mind (also serves to hide the hardware). See craigg's tank and web site for pics and details of this.

some bta have a nasty habit of wandering about your tank, the only safe way of keeping them safe is to use closed loops in your system.i changed to this method quite a few years ago when the anemones i had kept getting sucked up into my powerheads.derek
