Power Cut now Aquatronica not working

Hi,

Just had a power cut for about 10 mins.

Electric come back on Aquatronica telling me all inerfaces disconnected.

Had to enter the language, date etc.

Still no good,

Selected reset but now the unit isn't recognising any modules dispite unplugging and plugging the usb's back in. Just have a screen with date and time across the top

Help please !!

I thought these units were fine in a power cut, in fact I thought they had the facility to let me know if we had a power cut whilst we were out and how long it lasted for .

Version 2 software by the way.

Not sure, if I have a power cut my screen just displays "power cut" and the duration.
Everything carries on working and no programes are lost.

I then hit one of the on screen buttons and the display returns to normal.

May be PM Wavey on here???????

Could be a faulty backup battery in the unit? How old is it?

I bought the unit in April this year, it's the second one I have had because the first one got wet if you know what I mean:o

if you have computer software to connect aqua to computer plug it in and do a controller update.

If this does not work p.m Wavey he knows everything about aquatronicas
