Hi

I'm looking at getting an Aquatronica for my 3000l freshwater tank I'm in the process of designing.

My question is do the plugbars have to be daisy chained or can each one be plugged into an individual wall socket? So far I've got 10 devices I want the aquatronica to control and want to leave a couple of sockets spare for future additions.

Each plugbar plugs into it's own wall socket.

Fantastic :D

I see you're quite local to me (Fleet, Hants) where's the best place to get this round here, do you know if the Maidenhead Aquatics shops sell them?

Maidenhead don't stock Aquatronica.

Try a sponsor for mail order i.e STM, Watford or CGA.

Thanks,

One last thing that would definatly sell it for me is a lunar mode function to match the 28 day cycle, is this available?

Unless I've missed it in the manual, this isn't a specific function that the Aquatronica provides. However, I can't see why you couldn't implement it yourself using the built-in timers. I try to simulate sunrise and sunset by switching my halides on and off in sequence along the tank.

it's more of a lamp brightness that I'd like to achive, ie. 10% power for new moon 100% for full moon and graduations between the stages

I believe the dimming lights are on their way actually!

The UK distributor for Aquatronica is a member of this forum and an extremely helpful guy. His username is wavey so maybe drop him a PM if you're keen to know when this function is likely to be available?
