No you have to buy a USB cable to connect them.

Maplins, plus online cable shops sell them.

Edit
Or Aquatronica do sell there own cable.

I think the reason they didn't supply one with the plugbar was that it would have put the price up a few quid and it was unfair to the person who was just buying the controller and a single plugbar to pay the extra few quid

Most peeps buy one base unit and one plug bar to start with, so as above that would bump up the cost to the majority.

ebuyer.com, 58p including VAT that's hardly going to affect their profit margins is it!

I must admit I was alittle cheesed off when I bought my second plug bar and it didn't come with the usb lead needed. Seriously would it be that expensive for aquatronica to include one.....I think not. I wasn't annoyed about the extra cost, just thought it would be a simple plug and play straight out of the box :(

Other than that I can not fault their service and products.

I thought most people would have started by buying one of the starter kits, such as the PH starter kit I started with. Quite a chunk of discount of the individual component prices and nearly everything is in the box (but no PH probe calibration fluid which is also a bit off. )

It would mean that most people buying the plugbar on it's own are doing so as an extra to an existing setup, and thus would need the USB lead.

Come on Aquatronica do the right thing (before I need to get an extra which won't be long!)

Alan.

Alan in response to your point on calibration fluids it is the shops that put these packages together for there customers not Aquatronica.
Aquatronica sell the equipment the shop makes up a bundle based on what they want.

As for including a cable with a plugbar, some people have these lying around so why include it?
When you go in Tescos today will you moan that your box of Cornflakes doesn't come bundled with a pint of milk, after all unless you eat them dry you need it?

Finding the exact USB cable for the AQ is really hard, it took a long search to find one with the same connector on both ends.

Why didn't you buy one from the place you purchased the Plug Bar?
