Toadstool problem

I bought a toadstool about 18 months ago from a friend. It was the size of a dinner palte, or even bigger, and very healthy.

it stayed like this for 12 months, but I've notice lately that it has lots of yellowish patches on it, and it doesn't fully open it's "polyps". Recently, it has got smaller too, and the head is now only the size of a saucer, with the patches also going down it's trunk. I have other leathers in the tank, and they are all fine.

Any ideas?

I had one that did this and it just went from bad to worse,i would just chop it and frag healthy bits from it,any bits left sticking to rockwork will just ''rebud''
i have 3 or 4 that have regenerated from this point the largesr now being a 6'' plate and other s trying to catch up
