Hi
what type of nem? has it attached since you put it in?
is it looking firm and inflated or soft and floppy?

Marc
without knowing more about what type you have its hard to be more help.
I'd leave it alone and see if it settles, they are very delicate creatures but do have good regenerative powers provided they are given the right conditions and care. If there is damage to the foot it will likely not attach properly and there is a risk of bacterial infection. for now it may recover, but don't mess with it, you will only stress it more.
its a good idea always to get the proper name of what you are buying. The LFS should be able to tell you, if they don't know then I would not trust the quality of their stock as if they don't know what it is how can they provide the right conditions for it.
good luck with it and feel free to ask if you want any further help. I'll do my best to help if I can.

Thats not a good sign, it could be the nem dying causing the cloudiness
do you have a camera , can you get a pic of it up on here? the nem I mean not the cloudiness :)
