http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p273/simondentist/IMG_0828.jpg apologise for the poor picture but only got an old camera this is a stow away and appeared on a piece of live rock extends in a tube to about 5 cm with the same tentacles open at the end
Any ideas

Not sure about the white thing but the one behind the snail on the left is an aiptasia anemone which you should kill asap. The white thing I would leave and watch for now
