Hi Can you kind ppl give me some advice regarding my Acros, I have had a few large frags for the past 6 months with good polyp extension and lots of growth and recently I have added 3 more small colonies and they are doing very well got some good growth but there is not a polyp to be seen  Do I need to worry? And what causes this lack of extension? The original acros still have good polyp extension and all water Parameters are correct with in the tank here are the test results

PH 8.2
Sg 1.026
Temp 26.4 lights off 27.1 lights on
No3 trace
Po4 trace
Dkh 11.2
Ca 450-460
Mg 1410-1440

it is a Mud system with no skimmer 10% weekly water change also add strontium and iodine weekly also buff a 2 part Ca and Alk solution on timers

Any chance of some photo's they could be acro's which don't have much polyp extention

Your parameters look fine so that rules them out

All of those will have very little polyp extention have a look at them via a torch an hour after lights are out bet they are out then.

Very nice pieces i like second one

Just for your info the first and last one you should be able to remove from those large plugs if you wish and are brave enough. You can saw through below the tissue or twist it off they are normally held on with silicon
