just in need of some advice.i have had this nem for 5 months and its doing really well,but since i got it its had its foot in a medium sized shell(hermit shell)i want to get it out so it can attach itself properly to the base,but how do i get it out without damaging the foot?i will try and post a pic in a minute.thanks in advance

no one?will it cause any problems for the nem or will it be able to get out of the shell if it wants to?
Is it a problem? The nem certainly seems to like it...
It will be able to move on it's on accord if it needs too, and it would have done before now if it wasn't suitable.
If I were you, unless there was an overriding reason, I'd leave it be...
thanks mike i suppose trying to remove it will almost certainly damage it so its staying with its foot in it just hope it moves out when it feels its time:D

just leave it in the shell it must be content being there and if its not happy will move out on its own.derek
