Chromis Problem

Hi

I have a recurring porblem with my Chromis.

The ramp where the water flows from the skimmer back to the tank regularly attracts snails, whilst this isn't a problem the water splashes over them onto the glass ledge at the back of the tank. After a couple of minutes it starts dripping onto the floor. :mad:

I can't be the only one to have this problem, any ideas on how to stop it?

Keep the ramp clean and then the snails will stop going on it. I did this with mine. :)

I did try that a few weeks ago. Sadly I cleaned the join which then caused another drip :mad: I've resealed with a bit of vaseline.

Do you remove the ramp for cleaning.. I found it difficult to scrpae the algae off without removing it.

Dont have my Chromis anymore but yes i used to remove it. Didnt have any problems with it leaking after replacing either.
