just spotted it , what is it when a nem is smoking

it is a bubble tip and it has inflated itself more than normal and now what looks like smoke is coming from the middle

They do spawn out of stress sometimes but sounds like you have a happy healthy tank so probably just spawning naturally.Congrats!
