Hi

Sorry before I start boyfriend left me in charge of tanks while hes gone away for two days and just need some advice

Had are Anemone for a month or so now and seem to be settled but while i have been at work today its has moved and is heading for the tunze.

I dont want to move the tunze but what i would like to know is will it be ok to turn it off in the reef tank, my other half will be back in the morning and then he can deal with it

:o  :o

no there is no more circulation, i have disconnected the tunze and moved it to the other end of the tank and re connected it. paul has called and has told me to watch it tonight so i will check to make sure the anemone has not move towards it before i go to bed and turn the flow down to a min tonight just in case

try and retrict the anemone away from the tunze otherwise it just shred it like a blender does.i would never advise anybody to keep anemones in a tank which contains powerheads or pumps.i have 5 anemones in my tank but all pumps are located outside the tank i use closed loops.derek:)
