Blue throat trigger

Got one a week ago, but he still almost never comes ou, except to feed.
I know they're shy and will hide to start with, but how long generally?

Mine took the best part of a month to appear regularly. Settled down after this, and became the star of the tank. Sad thing is he died recently, gutted as you can imagine. Never bothered ANY other fish in the tank, small or large.

a shy fish so give it time to get used to the surroundings.if he is feeding okay he will come out in his own time,three to four weeks is not unusual.they would be better kept as a pair if possible but would need a good sized tank.derek
